By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Valley Roots Supply if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Products and Bulk Orders

Valley Roots Supply specializes in agricultural packing materials. While we strive for accuracy, product dimensions and specifications are subject to manufacturer changes. Bulk pricing is available upon request and is subject to inventory availability and seasonal demand.

3. Delivery and Logistics

We serve the South Okanagan region (Oliver, Osoyoos, Penticton, Keremeos, Kelowna, etc.). Delivery schedules are subject to harvest season volume and weather conditions. Valley Roots Supply is not liable for delays caused by third-party transport or external logistics factors.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of agricultural supplies, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped items. All return requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery. Custom-printed or specialty-ordered items are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Valley Roots Supply shall not be held liable for any damage to produce or crops resulting from the use of our packaging materials. It is the responsibility of the grower/packer to ensure that the chosen packaging is suitable for their specific crop and storage conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Valley Roots Supply and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Valley Roots Supply. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Valley Roots Supply for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that Province.
